Will Squat Gang clean my whole property?
Squat Gang will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc
What measures do you take for my dog’s safety?
At Squat Gang, the safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority. To keep all dogs safe, we disinfect our equipment and shoes between each yard using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures after cleaning to ensure your pets stay secure. Plus, all our employees undergo background checks for your peace of mind.
Do I have to sign a contract to use your services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or by calling our office.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Pet waste is double bagged and disposed on-site in the client’s trash bin or client’s other preferred receptacle. We do not take pet waste away with us.
Can you clean with my dog outside?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! However, if your dog has shown signs of aggression, we ask that you keep them inside during your cleaning. The safety of our team is a top priority. If a dog displays aggression toward our team, we will require them to be kept inside, and repeated incidents may result in removal from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day! While not all days may be available in your area, our team’s size allows us to typically offer 2-3 scheduling options to best fit your needs.
Do you provide arrival times for services?
No, we don’t provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes the night before to minimize drive time and keep costs low.
