Whether you’re a municipality, property manager or owner, the Squat Gang team is here to help make your community a cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable place to live and spend time.
2. Site Visit & Fact Finding
Depending on the size of your community, our team will walk your property to identify problem areas, listen to your concerns, and recommend solutions to mitigate—or even eliminate—your pet waste issues. For smaller properties, or if you already know the specific problem areas, we can often provide an accurate quote without a site visit. However, we’re always happy to take the time to visit your property if needed.

Our pet waste management proposals typically offer several options to fit a variety of budgets. Once you select the option that best suits your community, simply sign off on the proposal and our team will schedule your property for service. If your property requires the installation of dog waste stations, we’ll handle everything — from calling in a utility locate to safely mark underground lines, to ordering and installing your supplies.
5. Ongoing Service
Our common area cleaning service goes beyond just dog waste removal — we also pick up any litter that fits into our scooping buckets. If your property is scheduled for dog waste station maintenance, our team will remove the waste, restock the bags, report any vandalism or damage, and clean a 10-foot radius around each station during every visit.
